I have been using Red Rooster gloves for two seasons now without any incidents, the gloves hold up well and are very comfortable. However, while using my most recent glove I had a major wardrobe malfunction, the side stitches at the palm failed on only the second round played. I sent an email complete with a picture and explanation, within 24 hours I had a reply and 72 hours later I had new glove at no additional cost. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE,
